Sing
Sing
Sing, or fore’er be silent,
Call or give up your last plea.
Rise or fore’er be fallen,
Shout or forfeit victory.
Sing, and the angels sing too,
Call and the echoes reply.
Rise and the dawn will awake,
Shout, and the losing will try.
Sing, for why should you waver?
Call, for why should you give in?
Rise, for why should you die there?
Shout, for why should you not win?
Sing with passion for music,
Call with a reason to say.
Rise with purpose to conquer,
Shout with a “Let’s seize the day!”
Sing! You will not regret it,
Call! You will remember long.
Rise! You will conquer darkness,
Shout! You will live by a song.
