Too proud to ask for any aid;

Too arrogant to be dismayed;

Too foolish to admit I’m wrong;

Too blind to see that I’m not strong.

Too proud to say I need a hand;

Too arrogant to understand;

Too foolish to change what I do;

Too blind to see I have no clue.

Too proud to want what I have been;

Too arrogant to own my sin;

Too foolish to give up the duel;

Too blind to see I am a fool

Too proud to give my sin away;

Too arrogant to kneel and pray;

Too foolish to give up my scorn;

Too blind to see I can return.

Too everything that evil is

Has filled my soul with emptiness:

Too proud, arrogant, foolish, blind

To ask for help to heal my mind.
